The HUMANITY Training is a set of ten core life concepts developed in Australia in the 1980s by a dedicated group committed to decoding the fundamental barriers to living in joy. Developed over 40 years through experimentation, ceremony, rigorous examination, integration and communication, these Ten Keys are a complete system to navigate hidden blocks and realise higher potential. Tested over decades, we’ve witnessed profound transformations in relationships, careers, life purpose, health and creativity. Inclusive of and effective for all, these ten keys meet a person wherever they are in their life journey, from those newly awakened to the more spiritual adept and self aware. Fundamentally anchored in heart-soul dynamics, these ten keys penetrate and awaken unconscious barriers to joy, enabling a holistic reset and re-tune into the power of a courageous heart led life, to effect changes in our lives and in the world.
The HUMANITY 10-Week Online Training is a thorough exploration of the Ten Keys set against one’s individual life. Each week, one of the keys is thoroughly presented by our MANA Guides in a live, interactive group container using concepts and images, group discussion and pair-work in break-out rooms. Focus is given to each person’s integration of the key in their day-to-day lives. With one MANA Guide per four students, each participant has sufficient attention and guidance to oversee their process through the transformational content. Each week, students are delivered an interactive homework pack and also have 200 minutes of personal mentoring (20 minutes each week) with their assigned MANA Guide to process that week’s learnings and for support.
