The MUNAY: Learning To Love Online Course continues on from the HUMANITY Training, taking students into a deeper understanding of the dynamics of the individual heart, safely clearing away suppressed upset and preparing the heart to feel and be much more of itself.
Spanning 9 weeks of education with breaks in between the three modules, this ground-breaking course combines inspiring live lectures in a small, interactive group container, pair-work in break-out rooms and 5 hours of individual Empathic Communication sessions with the MANA Guides. The EC sessions are simple, effective and a beautiful process for an individual to get deeper understanding for what has happened in their life and to dissolve any supressed upset.
This course focuses on understanding and wisdom of the richness of humanity’s emotional experience, affording heightened awareness of relationships and how to improve them powerfully.
